HFO on the move in Portland

Portland-based apartment brokerage HFO Investment Real Estate moved to a newly renovated office building at 2424 S.E. Division St. in Portland. In the last year, the company has doubled its staff to 19. HFO recently brought in brokers Tyson Cross and Cody Vaz, and promoted Lee Fehrenbacher to broker. HFO says it is the largest apartment brokerage in the Pacific Northwest. HFO was founded in 1999. In addition to brokerage services, the company holds events and releases market news and video programming.
