SEATTLE — An entity related to Wilshire Capital Partners of Beverly Hills, California, is planning its third project in Seattle, a 24-story residential tower at 403 Dexter Ave. N. in South Lake Union.
Early permitting documents filed with the city indicate that it will have approximately 250 units, 2,000 square feet of retail and 85 parking spaces.
An early design guidance meeting is set for 8 p.m. July 1 at Queen Anne Community Center, 1901 First Ave. W.
Via Architecture is designing the project.
Wilshire Capital is developing two other projects in South Lake Union: a 26-story apartment tower at 427 Ninth Ave. N. and a seven-story apartment building at 525 Boren Ave. N.
Wilshire Capital representatives told the DJC early this year that construction on both buildings could begin in the fall.
Wilshire did not return a request for comment about when work may start.
