Berkshire Hathaway adds Olympia brokerage

Prudential Olympia Realtors has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and will be called Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sound Realtors. Alec Johnston, Arnie Henrickson, Kimberly Rucker and Roberta Rudnick own the brokerage. They said Berkshire Hathaway already has a big presence in Seattle and Portland, and now it is trying to gain more influence in the cities in between the two metro areas. Since its launch in September 2013, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has grown to more than 38,000 agents and 1,100 offices in 47 states.
