SEATTLE — Mapletree Group of Singapore completed the purchase of Hue, a 100-unit apartment building at 717 Dexter Ave. N. in South Lake Union for $40.9 million.
This is part of a joint venture with Oakwood Worldwide of Los Angeles.
The DJC reported on the sale last week, but the price was not available. The sale was recorded with King County Friday. The joint venture paid about $409,000 per unit for the building.
Holland Partner Group of Vancouver constructed the building in 2012, and the seller is an entity related to Holland.
