BELLEVUE — A four-story office building at 11400 S.E. Eighth St. in Bellevue sold for $38.75 million, property records show.
An entity related to Walton Street Capital sold Bellevue Gateway I. The buyer is an LLC called Talon GW1. There was no address or name of a manager for Talon GW1 in public records.
The building is one of several that Talon Portfolio Services was chosen to manage as part of a receivership in 2012. A second nearby office building, Bellevue Gateway II, is also managed by Talon Portfolio Services, but records do not list that parcel as part of the sale.
Property records show the building was constructed in 1985 and has 115,661 rentable square feet.
