Appraisal Institute conference

The Seattle chapter of the Appraisal Institute is holding its annual fall real estate conference Oct. 1 at Washington State Convention Center. Kemper Freeman of Kemper Development Co. and Mike Nelson of Trammell Crow Co. will be keynote speakers. Topics at the all-day event include analysis of office, retail, residential and industrial markets; a look at south Puget Sound and eastern Washington markets; and legal issues.
