Vulcan Real Estate has completed Amazon's Apollo Building at 333 Ninth Ave. N.
The 12-story building has 311,000 square feet of office space, all of which Vulcan leases to Amazon.com.
It also has 5,650 square feet of ground floor retail. Eltana Wood-Fired Bagel Cafe is open there and Hurry Curry will open next year.
The project team included Graphite Design Group, architect; Murase Associates, landscape architect; and GLY Construction, contractor.
Vulcan said this is the first commercial building constructed under the South Lake Union rezone that was passed in May 2013. The rezone allows additional height and density in exchange for public benefits.
The Seattle-based real estate developer said it contributed $1.67 million for affordable housing.
