KIRKLAND — An entity related to SRM Development of Spokane bought a 2.4-acre site in Kirkland for $10 million, property records show.
The land at 333 Fifth Pl. S. is home to Moss Bay Self Storage. The seller is listed as an entity related to John Pietromonaco, who is with HRP Properties in Mercer Island.
It is unclear what SRM plans. Representatives of SRM and the Kirkland Department of Planning & Community Development did not return phone calls requesting comment.
SRM has been active in Kirkland in recent years. It developed the Google campus there and the campus expansion. SRM also developed an apartment complex and senior housing in Kirkland.
