Local brokers get CCIM designation

Three Washington brokers earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation at CCIM Institute's meeting in Austin last month. They are: Chris Bornhoft, lead commercial broker at Windermere Manito Commercial in Spokane; Ryan Megenity, owner/broker at Property Management in Mukilteo; and Chris Peterson, vice president at NAI Puget Sound Properties in Redmond. CCIM said 10,000 people in 32 countries have the designation.
