2 more retailers at Chambers Bay

Top Pot Doughnuts and Mediterranean Grill will open locations in the Village at Chambers Bay in University Place. Mediterranean Grill will take 2,000 square feet in the Clearview Building at 3555 Market Place W. and Top Pot will take another 1,600 square feet in that building. The Clearview Building has two vacant spaces remaining, and broker Jeff Kraft of Kidder Mathews said he has letters of intent for both. Whole Foods Market was key to luring the new tenants, Kraft said.
