Todd Tydlaska, Nick Kucha and Michael Leggett of HFF marketed the office portion of Alley 24, which sold last week for $129.3 million, for Vulcan Real Estate and Pemco Insurance. MetLife purchased the 215,400-square-foot office building at 221 Yale Ave. N. Alley 24 was built in 2006. The complex also has 172 apartments and ground floor retail. Vulcan sold the apartment portion to Greystar in 2015 for $58.2 million. The office space is 85 percent leased. Tenants include NBBJ, Skanska, Cyanogen and Cole & Weber.
