The Washington chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute has established a $1,000 annual scholarship named for Connie Sombs Boyle for CCIM classes and live presentations. Boyle started her career at Coldwell Banker Danforth, before moving to Colliers International in 2003. In 2010, she became a vice president at The Andover Co. in Tukwila. The Washington CCIM chapter includes northern Idaho and has about 200 members. Worldwide there are 10,000 CCIMs. For more information, visit: http://ccimwa.com/scholarships/
