Walla Walla Clothing Co., a designer women's fashion retailer, has opened a Puget Sound store at Proctor Station, 3910 N. 28th St. in Tacoma. The Rush Cos. developed and manages Proctor Station. Co-owner Teresa Ellison said they have customers from the Puget Sound area who visit Eastern Washington wine country. This will be the chain's third store in Washington. Others are in Walla Walla and Kennewick, as well as Boise and Meridian, Idaho. The chain is looking for other sites in the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain West.
