Hong Kong group buys Gilman Terrace

An entity based in Hong Kong purchased Gilman Terrace Apartments at 2557 14th Ave., near Expedia's future Seattle headquarters, for $20.1 million. The complex has two buildings constructed in 1988 and 1991, with 25 and 42 units, respectively. Tyler Smith and Steve Fischer of Westlake Associates represented the buyer: Gilman Terrace Holdings. Travis Andrews and Peter Larson of Paragon Real Estate represented the seller, an entity managed by Tim McHugh. The new owner plans to renovate the property.
