There are only a few weeks left before the vote on Sound Transit 3, so AIA Seattle is holding an urban design forum titled “ST3: Where, When, Why?” Leading the discussion will be Seattle City Council member Rob Johnson, an urban planner who represents District 4. RSVP for the free event at aiaseattle.org. The event is at the Center for Architecture & Design, 1010 Western Ave., at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26.
