Mill Creek buys Atlantic Flats project for $9.5M

Mill Creek Residential bought the site and permits from Isola, and plans to start work soon on the 160-unit complex. It will be renamed Modera Jackson.

Isola Capital Management has sold its Atlantic Flats project at 1801 S. Jackson St. to Mill Creek Residential for $9.5 million.
