Work could start in March turning 1905 Eitel Building into new hotel

The Eitel Building at Second and Pike is set to become a 90-room boutique indie hotel.

More than a year after buying the long neglected Eitel Building at 1501 Second Ave., Lake Union Partners is set to show its plans for turning the vacant structure into a 90-room boutique hotel.
