Tacoma offers leasing workshop

Tacoma is offering a free commercial leasing workshop, led by CBRE's John Bauder and staff from the city's Community and Economic Development Department. CEDD director Ricardo Noguera said the goal is to help small businesses considering their first brick-and-mortar location and existing businesses ready to expand, as well as commercial brokers and commercial property owners.
