ULI offers Publix tour

Developed by the Moriguchi family (of Uwajimaya), the Publix is one of the first significant new projects in the International District, though a wave of new development is coming. Urban Land Institute is offering a tour of the project. Miye Moriguchi and Kiki Gram of Spectrum Development Solutions will talk about the renovation and addition.
