SAMM Apartments open in August

Grand opening of the 92-unit SAMM Apartments has been set for August, according to developer SeaLevel Properties. The six-story building is at 22845 S.E. First Place, near Sammamish Town Center. SeaLevel says it's the first new apartment building in that area in over 15 years. Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a daycare center, will open this fall in a 15,000-square-foot space. Apartments range from studios to two-bedrooms, and there will be a gym, dog-wash area, bicycle storage, and roof deck barbeque grill and fireplace. Rents weren't announced. SeaLevel's John Shaw said the city of Sammamish's vision for the Town Center is starting to take shape. The project team includes Group Architect, Venture (general contractor) and Lisa Wiggins Design (interior designer). More info is liveatsamm.com.
