JLL represents Southport office space

Southport on Lake Washington

SECO Development and Jones Lang LaSalle said that JLL will handle leasing for office space at Southport on Lake Washington. The 17-acre mixed-use development in Renton will have 2.4 million square feet when it is completed in 2019. There will be 700,000 square feet of office space, 383 apartments, a 347-room Hyatt Regency, as well as restaurants and retail space. JLL's team is Cleita Harvey, JJ Shephard, Riley Shephard and Tim Jones.
