The Bowman in Wallingford, famed for its rooftop chicken coop, is 95 percent leased, according to developer Legacy Partners. The five-story, 278-unit building at 3801 Stone Way N. opened last summer. Construction began in 2014. In a statement, Legacy's Kerry Nicholson said, “Our residents love the hip vibe we created ... as well as being in the white-hot Wallingford neighborhood.” Retail tenants include Bar Charlie, men's clothing boutique Eames and Art of the Table restaurant. The Bowman team included Rutledge Maul Architects and BNBuilders.
