Westcore Properties said that it has leased a refurbished warehouse at 303 River St., on the Duwamish Waterway, to workplace solutions company OpenSquare. Terms for the five-year lease weren't disclosed. The facility has 75,048 square feet, 25-foot clear heights, office areas, a loading dock and slab upgrades. Westcore was represented by Mike Roy and Kevin Skillestad of Neil Walter Co. Kidder Matthews' Matt Wood and Patricia Loveall represented OpenSquare.
