CBRE said it will manage two Denny Triangle properties on the same block — 1918 Eighth Ave. and 818 Stewart St. They have a combined 977,450 square feet and are owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Tenants include Amazon, Boston Consulting Group and DCI Engineers. CBRE said its asset services team now manages over 40 million square feet in the Seattle market.
