Legacy adds property and staff

Legacy Partners will manage the 280-unit Stonemeadow Farms apartments in Bothell on behalf of owner AEW Capital Management. The complex was developed by Archstone in 1998, and improvements are planned. Legacy has hired Heidi Daniel to the property management team. She was with Holland Partner Group's Denver office. San Francisco-based Legacy now manages 1,916 units in nine communities in the Pacific Northwest.
