Uptown triplex will be replaced with 51 units

A small old triplex at 215 Queen Anne Ave. N. will be removed for a new six-story apartment building with 51 units, according to early plans filed with the city.

Developer Michael Nelson of MRN Homes acquired the 6,000-square-foot midblock property in 2014 for $1 million.
