The local nonprofit Sightline Institute will hold a free panel discussion Sept. 20 on “Building the Affordable City.” Guest speakers will be Daniel Kay Hertz from the Center for Tax and Budget Accountability in Chicago; and Kim-Mai Cutler from Initialized Capital in San Francisco.
