Amazon to fill Rainier Square office space

Amazon will lease all 722,000 square feet of office space in Rainier Square, the huge redevelopment project in downtown Seattle.

Wright Runstad & Co. and an institutional investor advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management made the announcement in a press release today. They announced the lease, their joint venture partnership and start of construction on the 1.17-million-square-foot, full-block project.
