Office, retail in Millennium Tower sold for $120M to California fund

Union Investment bought the property in 2003 for $65 million. Nineteen residential condos on the upper floors were not part of the sale.

The German firm Union Investment has sold the office and retail portions of Millennium Tower condominium, at 719 Second Ave., for $119.8 million. King County recorded the sale, which Union Investment confirmed with a press release.
