The January lunch talk for CREW will tackle the thorny topic of technology. Matthew Shaffer of Radical Galaxy Studios will discuss how VR is affecting CRE; and there will be a demonstration booth where you don the VR goggles! Jenny Moshea of Sellen Construction will explain how that company has partnered with Ekso Bionics, which makes exoskeleton vests that lessen arm fatigue in workers, thereby reducing potential injuries and increasing worker efficiency. Also on the panel is Marlo Dowell of Katerra. The event is set for 11:30 a.m. Thursday, January 11 at Motif's Emerald Ball Room, 1415 Fifth Ave. Info and registration: crewnetwork.org.
