44-story hotel and apartment tower eyed for Terminal Sales Annex site

The Terminal Sales Annex, designed by Bebb & Gould, was landmarked in 2008. The property at 1931 Second Ave. was upzoned last year to 440 feet.

The long-vacant, landmarked Terminal Sales Annex, at 1931 Second Ave. in Belltown, sold in late 2016 for $18 million to a foreign LLC associated with Hong Kong-based developer Great Eagle Holdings Ltd.
