Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. already has an office in Portland, and now it's adding a Seattle office headed by native son J.P. Harlow, as senior VP of LPC West, which spans Seattle, Portland, the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. Harlow was with PNC Realty Investors. Lincoln provided management services for Starwood Capital Group's 300 Pine, which has converted several floors in the downtown Macy's building to offices for Amazon. Lincoln also recently paid $33 million for two blocks at Esterra Park in Redmond, where it's planning four buildings with 658 units on the almost 4.6-acre site.
