CBRE's team of Phil Oester, Eli Hanacek, Joe Nydahl and Josh McDonald represented the seller of Badger Mountain Ranch, a 176-unit garden apartment complex in Richland. The seller was an LLC related to The Wolff Co., and the buyer was Starboard Realty Advisors of Irvine, California. The price wasn't announced, and Benton County hasn't yet recorded the sale. The assessed value is about $23 million. Wolff developed the five buildings at 451 Westcliffe Blvd. in 2013. CBRE says the apartments are 98 percent occupied.
