22 Uptown units sell for $7M

SEATTLE — The Castle Court apartments, at 822 Queen Anne Ave N., have sold for about $7.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was Goff Commercial Properties LLC, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Node Seattle Queen Anne LP, a foreign LP that lists a residential address in Los Angeles. Public records indicate loans from Bofl Federal Bank in San Diego and RealtyShares of San Francisco.
