Weidner moves up NMHC list

Weidner Apartment Homes said that National Multi-Family Housing Council has moved the Kirkland company up two slots on its annual Top 50 list, from 17 last year to 15 this year. Weidner's Greg Cerbana said the company now has more than 260 buildings and 50,000 units owned and managed. In 2017 Weidner expanded its portfolio in Utah and Oklahoma, and entered the Wisconsin market. Founded in 1977, Weidner last year paid $225 million for the 34-story, 313-unit Tower 12 in Belltown.
