Village at Totem Lake adds Chipotle

Chipotle Mexican Grill has opened in the lower portion of the Village at Totem Lake, which is currently being redeveloped in phases. When Phase II at the upper portion of the mall is completed in a few years, the entire project is expected to have 15,000 square feet of offices, 328,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, 850 apartments and an eight-screen cinema. CenterCal Properties is one of the partners in the 26-acre project.
