FAA's old building sells for $13.8M — 40 percent of its last sale price

The 200,000-square-foot building in Renton was developed in 1990 for the FAA, which recently moved to Des Moines Creek Business Park.

The Renton office building formerly occupied by the Federal Aviation Administration, at 1601 Lind Ave. S.W., has sold for $13.75 million, according to King County records.
