Redmond Sears to be replaced with housing, offices, hotel, retail

Jerde Partnership of Los Angeles is designing Heritage Place, which could have 500 housing units, three office buildings, a hotel, retail, parks and underground parking.

It will be about a 15-minute walk from Heritage Place to the future Overlake Village Station, which is scheduled to open in 2023.
