1916 Boren design: One twisty tower with a 'sidecar' hotel

Chinese developer OneLin Investment is proposing a 270-room hotel tower, and a 534-unit apartment tower with a ‘dynamic and sculptural form.’

Chinese developer OneLin Investment has its second design review tonight for the hotel and apartment towers being planned for the half-block at 1916 Boren Ave.
