125 pre-sales at Bosa's One88

Bosa Development said 125 condos have pre-sold at One88, its 21-story tower under construction at 188 Bellevue Way N.E. One88 will have 143 units when completed in 2020. Bosa said that 70 percent of the buyers are local. Units range from one- to three-bedrooms, and about 750 to 3,000 square feet. Prices start in the low $800,000s and top $5 million for the penthouse. One88 will have 292 parking stalls, plus about 12,000 square feet of retail. Bosa is the general contractor, and the architect is Amanat Architect, also based in Vancouver, B.C.
