eXp expands into B.C.

Bellingham-based residential broker eXp Realty is expanding into British Columbia. Industry veteran Deborah Stevens of eXp will manage the overall effort in Canada, and Peter Pfann will be in charge of B.C. The firm is a subsidiary of publicly traded eXp World Holdings, and already operates in Alberta and Ontario, as well as 49 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. It has over 11,000 agents.
