Goodman buys Kent complex for $32M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — Goodman Real Estate has purchased the La Mirage apartments, at 11239 S.E. 260th St., for just under $32 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were three LLCs associated with Multitech Properties of Los Angeles and other investors. The sellers acquired the property in 1990 for almost $5.8 million.
