Security Properties pays $85M for 131 apartments in Avalon Kirkland

The complex is across the street from Carillon Point. The deal was worth about $652,321 per unit.

Security Properties and financial partner Rockwood Capital of San Francisco have purchased Avalon Kirkland, at 5306 Lake Washington Blvd. N.E. and 5604 Lakeview Drive.
