Bellwether sells 79-unit complex at Boren and Seneca for $18.2M

The nonprofit said the 1925 building needs costly upgrades. Bellwether will use its proceeds to help build affordable housing.

The John Winthrop Apartments, at 1020 Seneca St., have traded for a little over $18.2 million.
