Carpenters Institute pays $10M for new training center in DuPont

Center Plaza 6 will house the apprenticeship program run by Northwest Carpenters Institute of Washington.

Northwest Carpenters Institute of Washington paid $10 million to Davis Property & Investment for a 40,500-square-foot building called Center Plaza 6 that is under construction at 2575 Williamson Place in DuPont.
