Greenbridge, bullish on Georgetown, pays $6.2M for another property

Greenbridge bought Seattle Design Center in 2014, and turned part of it into Georgetown Squared, shown here. Greenbridge just bought a building nearby at 5811 Sixth Ave. S.

Already an active player in Georgetown, Greenbridge Investment Partners has purchased the Chapman Building, at 5811 Sixth Ave. S., for $6.2 million, according to King County records.
