TACOMA (AP) — A new neighborhood under development in Tacoma aims to stay affordable by limiting buyers to households that make $75,000 or less.
The News Tribune reports that Green Harbor Communities — co-founded by Bill Rehe and Michael Pressnall — is planning 50 to 70 two- and three-bedroom cottages in a new development called The Preserve.
