A top multifamily brokerage team is moving from Kidder Mathews to Marcus & Millichap, which announced the news on Friday.

Philip Assouad, Giovanni Napoli, Ryan Dinius, and Sidney Warsinske are leaving KM for M&M's Institutional Property Advisors arm, or IPA.

Jeffery Daniels of IPA Multifamily said in statement, “The addition of this highly regarded multifamily investment team significantly enhances IPA's capabilities in the Pacific Northwest and demonstrates our commitment to growing the platform in critical markets throughout North America.

“I spoke with a number of institutional investors who are active on the West Coast, and these agents' names were always mentioned. Philip and Giovanni have been working together in the region since they started their real estate careers with Marcus & Millichap in 2003, and have elected to seize the opportunity to partner with our leading IPA multifamily advisors on the West Coast.”

M&M estimates that the team has done $2.5 billion in deals over the last three years.
