Bonney-Watson site sells for $27M

SEATTLE — Mill Creek Residential Trust has purchased the Bonney-Watson property on Capitol Hill, at 1732 and 1812 Broadway, for $27.1 million.

The buyer of record was CPT Broadway Apartments LLC. Dean Altaras and Billy Poll of NAI Puget Sound Properties represented the seller, which had owned the property for decades.
