The deep triangular pit at 600 Wall St. will eventually give way to the 41-story Spire condo tower. Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, which is handling sales, says the unit count has gone from 347 to 337, and the sizes have gone up. A four-bedroom unit on the 35th floor with 2,635 square feet recently sold for $4.35 million. About 20 percent of the units are pre-sold or reserved. One-bedrooms start in the high $600,000s. Laconia and its Chinese partner Vanke are developing the project, which was designed by VIA Architecture and is being built by PCL Construction. Completion is expected in late 2020. The sales center is at 2218 Fifth Ave.
